Capture Go is a simplified version of the renowned game of Go; tailored for those seeking a more approachable gaming experience. Moreover, the skills acquired while playing Capture Go seamlessly translate for those looking to delve into the complexities of traditional Go.

Level 1 provides an enjoyable and easily accessible experience for children.
On the other hand, Level 3 poses a significant challenge for novice adult players.

The inspiration behind this app stems from a desire to introduce younger players to the world of Go. Designed with my six-year-old grandson in mind, it caters to those interested in the game but who may not grasp the intricacies such as ko fights, trade-offs, and strategic sacrifices. Capture Go offers a platform for young enthusiasts to refine their stone capturing skills while evading capture themselves. It has become a favored pastime for my grandson, often prompting him to inquire, "Can I play Capture Go on your phone, Papa?"
